About me…

French-born, I’ve lived in France, Ecuador, Mexico, the UK, and Spain. I have been exposed to international and cross-cultural environments both in my personal and professional life.

I hold a MA in Business Administration & Management; and a Master in Economics & Development.

Earlier in my career, I worked in business development, operations, and general management. I was also Executive Producer to a successful animated TV series, for which I received a Daytime Emmy Award.

Over the years, I developed a particular interest in Personal Development, leading me to pursue a certification as a Professional Coach. I am also deeply interested in mental and physical well-being.

What brought me to coaching?

I navigated through my mid-thirties with ease, having a clear idea of my goals and sailing full steam towards them. I was set on a smooth journey: happy relationship, successful career, exciting projects. But then 2 events struck me: losing my father too early and being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. And I struggled…

I was not equipped to face this bumpy part of the journey.

My life had mostly been focused on achievement, rather than meaning, and I was lacking some fundamental skills to face adversity.

It made me re-evaluate, challenge my belief system, rethink my values and led me to coaching. Coaching helped me be a more confident, aligned, and self-aware person. I now actively support others in a way that is attuned with their own personal and professional ecosystem.
